The Paintings and Illustrations of Jude Maceren.

I'd like to feature the beautiful paintings and illustrations of JUDE MACEREN, a painter-illustrator from New Jersey where he has his art studio. Jude's hand painting skills captures the beauty of nature's creations into the canvas with acrylics, oil paintings or watercolor. His series of paintings involves landscapres, still lifes, cats and even portraiture. Jude and I were classmates way back in our college days in UST taking up Advertising Design. I recall his speed in sketching and finishing a painting at the shortest time. He was a natural genius with the brush and paints. Jude also does pastel and charcoal paintings and I remember seeing a still life painting of flowers in his room that I find impressive. Magazine and publishing firms have also commissioned Jude for his editorial illustrations which are stylized with corporate themes. His illustrations are featured in Images.com and StockArt.Com. I've known Jude to be a dedicated fine artist who loves to sketch and paint since childhood. Painting can be fun and relaxing as I use to paint on the canvas.

He also held numerous painting exhibits in Costa Rica and in the U.S. Jude also garnered several awards like United Nations Stamp Design Award, Boli Award (Best of Long Island Award), Optima Design Award, Northwest Craftmen's Club Award, The Visual Club Award and New Jersey Press Association Award.
